Using traditional postures and stretches, we focus on total body movement with attention to alignment, strength, flexibility and full range of motion. Integrated breathing and a quiet, focused mind facilitate this process and promote stability, balance and serenity.

 

True flexibility is as much about an adaptable mind as a pliant body. The courage to be open to whatever is happening and to work with that discovery in a kind and compassionate manner is at the heart of yoga practice. Creating a marriage between awareness of the body and of the mind is the essence of yoga.
