“Something Better”

Health and Self Healing

In loving memory of Philip Jones

This program offers an opportunity to do what you have been promising yourself for years: to take time for your health, relaxation and rejuvenation. Composed of 12 sessions covering the essential elements of health and well-being, this series brings signature work to the heart and soul of individuals who want to heal and become well.

We will explore compassionate and creative approaches to stress reduction, personal renewal and healing. You will gain the knowledge needed to develop a health conscious lifestyle.

You will take home with you:

          Nutritional guidelines

          Exercise basics

          Fundamental yoga routines

          Meditation and relaxation skills

          Four CD’s for at-home guidance

          An extensive resource guide

          Personalized strategy and structure

Designed for those new to wellness and holistic health practices as well as for those with more experience, this personally tailored program allows each individual to enjoy and learn at her own pace and level of expertise. This series is also appropriate for health care providers who want to make both personal and professional changes.

“Becoming healthy in body, mind and spirit is a journey that brings discovery and opportunity. It is an invitation to live a life of greater beauty, dignity, wisdom and love…to respond to our world from a place of stillness and serenity…and to live our lives from our highest purpose and potential.”

Lorrie Jones, founder of Simple Serenity

This Workshop Series is dedicated to Philip Crane Jones whose courage, determination, creativity and talent inspired my design and decision to publish this work.

Philip lived his 23 years challenging every obstacle, achieving impossible goals and loving with his soul wide open. He lives on in every step each of us takes from confinement to our own personal freedom.
