The
following offerings are a series of integrative health
presentations reflecting what we believe to be the most
important and fundamental areas of health. The topics
address stress reduction, wellness basics and disease
prevention. The material is presented by the founder and
owner of Simple Serenity, a whole systems-based health
consulting company. Our services are tailored to meet the
needs of health care clients as well as health care
professionals and to empower individuals to adopt positive
lifestyle changes.
While the
length of time of each workshop or speaking engagement may
be designed to meet the needs of the organization, the
average time for most of the presentations is 3-4 hours. The
formats may vary from a formal presentation to an
interactive workshop experience. If a more in-depth
presentation is desired, a full day workshop is available
for each topic.

Explore the ‘Science’ of weight loss by integrating healthy

for recovery by embracing wholeness and health. Addressing
the essential elements of health in body, mind and spirit,
we will explore compassionate and creative approaches to
stress reduction, self esteem, emotional intelligence,
relaxation and renewal.
You will
take home with you a nutritional guideline, exercise basics,
meditation and relaxation skills and a model for change.
This
introductory workshop, taught by a professional who has also
recovered, offers the opportunity to develop a firm
commitment to self-care and optimal health practices.

Mind-Body Experience

traditional Yoga postures with Pilates creates a dynamic
range of motion, balance and core physical strength. We will
establish a “flow sequence” of Yoga and Pilates poses
