If your answer is "yes", welcome to Living Mindfully™, a personally tailored, individually paced lifetime wellness program, designed to inform, guide and support you on the path to radiant health and well-being. You will gain the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for achieving and maintaining your health and wellness goals. You will take home with you the ability to make mindful choices and healthy decisions, facing and embracing all of life’s experiences as opportunities for learning and loving. By honoring your body, nourishing your soul and opening your heart to new ways of thinking and responding, you will be able to create a life you truly love.
In a context of mutual collaboration, you will work directly with me in mastering your custom designed wellness experience. We will begin by inquiring appreciatively into your current strengths, gifts and possibilities. Leaning lightly into "what is" and ceasing the tiring effort of hiding from yourself and others, true wholeness, caring, and compassion will emerge. This process of opening to what has been closed; touching what has been denied and feeling the actuality of what is, begins your journey. I will be with you every step of the way - drawing both from my professional mastery and personal experiences - turning barriers into bridges and obstacles into opportunities.
We will explore mindfulness based approaches to stress reduction, personal renewal and healing. We will address weight wellness and integrative fitness: health in body, mind and spirit. We will embrace gentleness, appreciation and kindness as we make changes and experience progress. Out of commitment and choice, simplicity and serenity, we will "grow down into our lives" and experience the emergence, the birthing of the beauty and presence of our true nature, our inner healthy and whole selves.
Designed for those new to wellness and holistic health practices, as well as for those with more experience, this individually tailored program allows each person to enjoy and learn one on one at an appropriate personal pace and level of expertise.
