Grounded in medical knowledge, Eastern wisdom and personal life experience, Lorrie Jones, founder of Simple Serenity, brings a unique and innovative approach to wellness. She has served individuals, groups, young women and hospitals with her expertise in health issues, advanced training in stress reduction, extensive research in mind-body healing, and commitment to learning and growth. Her passion is creating beauty through change.

 

Her credentials include: BS Nursing, BA French, and Certification in Neuro-Linguistics, Hypnotherapy, Beginning, Advanced and Senior YogaFit and Mat Pilates.  She is currently training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  She is the author of Simple Serenity: Stress Reduction Program© and Simple Serenity: A Woman’s Guide to Living Mindfully©. Her hallmark is a loving, compassionate and relationship-based approach to healing.
